Lager is actually one of the hardest beer styles to get right, but it’s always worth the battle. ‘Lager’ means ‘to store’ in German and our Boss Battle spends four weeks bossing it in tank. This is the proper time for ‘lagering’, a maturation that develops that depth of flavour and those characteristics that we all know and love about this style.
